Many albums are in this age. But, His remarkable trumpet style appears from 1955 session with John Coltrane(ts) and Red Garland (p) until 1959.

1960's music of Miles is on the road to go 70's. Main steam Jazz was 'Free Jazz' in 1960's. But, Miles Davies couldn't go there. But, early sound of 'Bitches Brew' appear from 'Miles in the Sky (1968)' for the first time.
In 1960's, Herbie Hancock played piano, and George Coleman(ts) until 1964, and then, Wayne Shorter played tenor saxophone from 1965.

Miles Davis felt he can make awesome music. He gathered many young jazz players and then they played 'Bitches Brew (1970)'. Never can listen this kind of music from any others. After 'Bitches Brew', Their music had become a more aggressive style.

Players on the 'Bitches Brew' are special cause they made their Jazz-Rock group. John McLaughlin [Mahavishnu Orchestra], Joe Zawinul and Wayne Shorter [Weather Report], Chick Corea [Return To Forever] are them.
But, Many Jazz-Rock albums of them had failed. Only John McLaughlin achieved successful Rock-Jazz band. John McLaughlin played guitar at 'Live-Evil (1971)' and 'On the Coner (1972)' though he had got his group. 'Pete Cosey' played guitar from 'Dark Magus (1974)'.

Miles Davis tried fusion with some other style music like 'Pop' in this age. But, 'Tutu (1986)' and 'Amandla (1989)' has got his own another great 'Miles' sound.
